  • People always have their own opinions about what you are doing. It is your reasoned choice whether you listen those opinions or not. If an opinion is constructive, you should listen and practice it for the improvement. Otherwise, it would be better not to matter it.
  • If you start learning or doing something, you should always remember that failures are lessons for you to grow. Hence, you need to listen to constructive feedback that helps you grow and put aside all the noisy judgements.

If you are practicing or have the growth mindset, the more you listen to people, the better you are able to filter the irrelevant information, and the better you are able to make good decisions.
  • The process is not straightforward, and hence, it requires you to practice frequently and reflect on the consequences for every decision that you made.
